Why It's So Important to Find Clarity

Updated: Aug 22, 2023

Clarity is something anyone can benefit from - no matter your life’s season or current goals. Whether you’re working on personal development, aiming to slow down in your life, or pushing for that next career move, clarity can help you to get there.

Here’s a look at why I think clarity is something we should all strive for:

Clarity is Motivating

Clarity around where you’re going is often a useful tool to get more energy during low moments. Nothing will get you out of bed faster in the morning than a clear vision of what you can achieve that day.

We all have low-energy days or days when our goals can feel especially far away. Having clarity about why we’re doing what we’re doing - and what that will bring us in the long run - is an excellent motivator.

Clarity Helps You Prioritize What’s Most Important

Do you ever feel like you’re being pulled in every direction, and you’re not sure which way to choose? We’ve all been there.

Clarity allows you to light up your path so you can confidently choose the right direction. The answer is pretty simple: When you know where you want to end up, the path to get there becomes far easier to see.

With clarity, you can prioritize the tasks and values that will bring you closer to your vision.

Clarity Allows You to Value What You Have Now

Clarity doesn’t just help in achieving goals; it can also help you live more fully now. Sometimes, it’s easy to lose sight of the value in everything we have now. We get so caught up in our everyday lives that we stop noticing all the wonderful things in our lives right now.

No matter how many aspirations we have, it’s vital we remember to be grateful for everything we’ve achieved already. Friends and family, good health, a roof over our heads - all of these things can be seen in a whole new light when you achieve clarity.

I’m so excited to share that I’m actually working on a course all about this topic. It’ll help you learn how to identify what skills and achievements you have and how to propel them into your next step. You can use your existing talents to launch onto those stepping stones - as soon as you know which ones you should be aiming for!

We also talk about what you want to do, what you want to be, and what you want to have. Gradually, we map out your route across that pond and then break it down further into the individual leaps and jumps, together.
